You can configure BaseLinker so that specific fields on the listing form could be automatically completed.
In section Integrations → Marketplace account → Settings → Offer settings, you can
- select the default category (and also shipping template, offer template).
- modify the price of the product
- select the default offer settings (duration, format, etc.)
Offers template
You can add an offer template in Allegro/other marketplace modules → Offer templates.
On the listing form system will choose the default template set for the entire account only if an item or its category has no offer template assigned (section Allegro/other marketplace → Links/Mappings).
You can also change the template later on the listing form.
Shipping templates
On the listing form system will choose the default shipping template set for the entire account only if an item or its category has no shipping template assigned (section Allegro/other marketplace → Links/Mappings).
The shipping templates can be changed later on in the listing form. If you haven’t added shipping templates yet, do so in Allegro/other marketplace modules → Shipping templates.
Category
On the listing form system will choose the default category set for the entire account only if an item or its category has no marketplace category assigned (section Allegro/other marketplace → Links/Mappings).
You can change the category later on the listing form. If there are no categories in the list, select your favorite categories in the section Allegro/other marketplace → Categories.
Multiplier
The price in the listing form could be multiplied by the given factor. This function allows e.g., for currency conversion, setting the proper amount when you have a discount in the store, or setting the multiplier if you sell products on allegro/eBay at a higher price than in the store.
For example, if you want to multiply the price by 2, enter this number “2”. If you’re going to decrease by half, enter “0,5”.
Add to price
The given value will increase the price in the listing form. If a multiplier is also used, the amount is first multiplied, then increased by the amount. For example, if you want to add 5 PLN to the amount, enter “5”, and if you’re going to subtract 5 PLN, enter “-5”.
Default settings of the listing form
It is necessary to complete the fundamental data about the offer so that you do not have to complete it every time in the listing form, i.e., data such as sales format, duration, payment information, additional options, etc.
Terms of complaint, Warranty Information and Terms of return (Allegro)
Specify the default Terms of complaint, Warranty Information and Terms of return for the entire account. You can also assign these settings for a specific Allegro offer template in the template editing window.
You should create Terms of a complaint, Warranty Information and Terms of return directly at allegro.pl.
