You can link external SMS applications to BaseLinker and thus you can send SMS messages directly from the panel:

 

  • for each order separately from the order card,
  • in bulk,  from the order list,
  • using automatic actions.

You can create SMS templates similarly to e-mail templates.

 

Configuration in 3 easy steps:

  1. Connect the SMS application to your BaseLinker account.
  2. Create your own SMS templates,
  3. Create a customer communication strategy and configure your own automatic actions.

 

SMS Integration

In Integrations → Add integration → Other section you can find all integrations with SMS applications. Detailed instructions are available in the panel.

ServerSMS

To connect the application, follow these steps:

  1. Sign up at SerwerSMS.pl
  2. Go to Integrations → Add integration → Other → SMS Server. In the form enter your login and password to the external SMS service.
  3. Send a test message to check if the connection is correct.
SMSAPI

To connect the application, follow these steps:

  1. Subscribe to SMSAPI.pl
  2. On the website of this application go to Application settings → API password. Enter the API password in the form and copy the MD5 password that will appear after saving the form.
  3. Go to Integrations → Add integration → Other → SMSAPI. In the form enter your login to the SMSAPI.pl service and the API password in md5.
  4. Send a test message to check the connection to SMSAPI.
SMSPlanet

To connect the application, follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for PlaySMS.pl.
  2. Go to Integrations → Add integration → Other → SMSPlanet. In the form enter your login and password to the service.
  3. Send a test message using the special button on this page to check your connection.

 

Sending SMS messages

After configuring the whole module, the system is ready to send SMS messages.

 

Messages can be sent in three ways:

 

  • directly from the order card – enter the message in the message field on the single order card (bottom of the page). As a message type, select “SMS message”.
  • in bulk from the order list – in the order list, both e-mail and SMS templates are displayed under the “Send message” button (grouped properly). After marking many orders and selecting an SMS template, the SMS message is sent in bulk.
  • automatically (using automatic actions) – to do so, follow these steps:
    • Add SMS template in Order manager → Email/SMS templates.
    • Configure automatic actions. specify when a message is to be automatically sent in Order manager → Automatic actions (e.g. a message after a payment is received).
